Assessment Process

Organizations face several challenges regarding their cybersecurity posture, including:

1. Security Workshop (1 Day): This initial workshop determines variables such as company size, goals, and complexity. A quick scan based on a selected standard or framework is conducted, followed by interviews and document reviews to provide an initial estimate of information security maturity.
2. Security Maturity Review (2 - 10 Days): Following the workshop, a detailed maturity review can be initiated. This involves an expert evaluation of organizational maturity based on the five levels of the Capability Maturity Model.
3. Security Maturity Audit (10 - 20 Days): For larger organizations or those with higher maturity levels, a comprehensive audit can be performed. This process involves a deeper verification of operational effectiveness by experienced consultants.
4. Optional Risk Assessment (2 - 5 Days): Before the maturity assessment, a risk assessment can be conducted based on relevant standards to identify potential vulnerabilities.
5. Optional Improvement Plan (2 - 5 Days): After completing the assessment, an improvement plan with prioritized action items can be provided to help organizations enhance their cyber resilience.
